We are currently planning a traditional, in-person tournament at Solon High School for up to 72 teams.


Registration will cost $100 for your first team and $125 for each additional team.

Cancellation Policy

Team Cancellation

If your team has registered to attend the 2025 SHSSO Invitational, but is no longer able to do so, please communicate your cancellation in writing via email to shsso.coaches@gmail.com as soon as possible. Prompt communication minimizes the disruption to our planning process, maximizes the refund we are able to offer your team, and increases the odds your spot can be given to another school.

Teams who cancel in writing on or before December 1, 2024 may choose between either a 50% refund or a 100% credit towards registration for our 2026 tournament.

Teams who cancel in writing after December 1, 2024 will only receive the 50% refund or 100% credit if we are able to replace them from our waiting list. 

If you request cancellation and are seeking a refund, please be advised that  payments may take up to 60 days to process from the time we receive your cancellation and school district's W9.

Tournament Cancellation or Change in Format

If our tournament is cancelled or changed in format due to inclement weather, public health concerns, utility outages, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to offer refunds or credits to registered teams. In the event that an in-person tournament is no longer feasible, we will do our best to transition to an appropriate virtual format (Satellite SO or Mini SO) rather than cancel the competition. If circumstances do require tournament cancellation, exams and keys will still be gathered and distributed to all registered teams.
